Recipe: TUNA SALAD-Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 (5 oz) Can Albacore solid white tuna (in water-no salt added)
  • 1 tblsp. High Omega-3 Vegenaise (Available at Wholefoods)
  • 2 stalks celery, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Sweet Pickle Relish
  • ¼ red onion, finely chopped
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • Freshly squeezed lemon

Method:

Combine all ingredients in bowl and stir. Bon Appetit!

10 grams carbohydrates
