  1. I'm really confused. You are consistently eating WAY under your calorie goal. Why is this? Plus how are you able to maintain muscle while eating so few calories? This seems counter to your original plan, so I'm just trying to understand and learn.

  2. The only thing i can think of is she is trying to shock the body with really low calories and then continue to add more kcals as she goes?
